HIDDEN TRUTHS

Tears of the Mother

I remember the day when John F. Kennedy was shot in November of 1963. I was only 6 years old at the time and even though I did not comprehend the impact of the event, my soul KNEW a much deeper truth. Something had seriously gone wrong in that given moment. I couldn’t stop crying and was punished for it.

The impact of abuse is more insidious than people realize. Abuse in any form, generated by just one parent to just one child, creates a ripple effect that can reseed itself in the generations that follow.

Verbal abuse to any one human being in a given day can create a ripple effect that can affect thousands in the same day. When we are hurt by the words or actions from a single person it creates a wound. A wound that affects their words or their actions and they unwittingly perpetuate the abuse verbally or through an action toward another. Which affects another person and another…

Sadly there some who have been abused that become abusers themselves. Others, over time have become self-abusive.

I know this because I have seen both ends of the spectrum perpetuated it in my own family, and yes to a lesser degree within me; despite the vow I made to myself not to be like them. I will admit as a young mother with my own children I was verbally abusive in moments of unawareness. When it dawned on me what was taking place it shocked me and it was a wake up call.

Over the years I have watched the expansion of abuse in our world. What is taking place on the world stage today is the result. There are people in positions of power who have abused us all. They seek seats of power to control the minds and lives of the masses, and they are found in areas many of us would not likely think to look – but, Chaos breeds Change.

There is a battle between the forces of darkness and the forces of Light. Personally, I believe the power of love and light is much more powerful and that the truth does indeed set us free both inside and out. I believe that higher power of light that is available to us all will be the victor – but we must individually choose to live in the Light it, think in the Light, breathe each breath in the Light, walk in the Light it and speak with the Light of the heart and mind. I also believe that together we can create our world to be a much better version of what we see to day.

I normally do not get on political issues, but I am sharing this video with a clear heart and mind because I know the abuse of power has grown to become a global entity in our world. I also know there is a storm coming. A storm of epic proportions that will enact some of the changes we all hope to see. This will explain it all. I Hope you will take the time to view it.

The Storm is coming – be not dismayed.

Be steadfast in your Faith and Be the peace you wish to see in your world.

Let it begin with yourself and pass it on in your words and deeds.

May your day be blessed.

A Tree of Life

I am a Living Tree of Life planted in this Garden of Eden, and like a great many trees that used to be in this world, I have been splintered, cut down, marred, scarred and beaten to a pulp for the unwise choices some human beings illicit on others of my kind.

The rings on my tree are cracked with scars and yet I have survived to lay down a pattern of rings to mark my passage of time in this world. I have stood alone in my silence, witnessing the world around me. Contemplating the mindless reactive abuses that others illicit on the innocent.

In the beginning, my Life’s journey was built upon stony ground, yet I managed to grow, blossom and eventually flower by driving my roots deep, and building a resilience to the onslaught of wrath imposed upon me without reason. I wasn’t alone on most occasions, but I stood up with a sense of righteous indignation and held myself with a much deeper sense of dignity that came from an eternal well.

The rings on my tree are nearing the end of its life’s span, and like many trees we have a story to share. I believe it was Wayne Dyer who once said, “Don’t let your story die inside you before you leave this world.” His words seemed to be a provident statement of what I have known must be done for some time now; and to him I am eternally grateful to have heard the call come back around loud and clear.

In sharing my story, I hope that it will touch at least one soul; and in touching that one soul I can only pray that the seed planted in their heart will assist them to seek a higher calling on behalf of humanity. I have seen the effects of physical, emotional, mental, verbal and sexual abuse of my own life path; and like a single drop falling into a pond, the ripples it generated has also touched the neighboring shores and reverberated through the land and touched the shores of many other landscapes and oceans around the world.

In my 60 years of being a silent witness, I have watched the abuse of human beings expand from one individual to another and have seen its’ vine-like propagation slip into the offices and board rooms of businesses and corporations….and sadly, in recent years I have seen its insidious face peering through the eyes of many nations. Today, it seems to have grown toward a global genocide of all that is good and beautiful, destroying all living things in this heavenly Garden of Eden we call Life.

It has to stop.
